Average to poor service
I booked my steam almost a month in advance and when the day came to have my carpets completed, a room was left unfinished. The room was done the next day late afternoon. I also had mentioned that I had animals so I wanted the carpets to be “extra fresh” smelling so to do whatever needed to be done for that and I was overall disappointed. I have experienced other companies and I feel that I could’ve done a better job myself but the property management requires a company receipt.
