He was a bit late, but the worker they sent out did a pretty good job in cleaning all of the carpet in the house. He was able to take out most stains, but there were a few stubborn ones he couldn't, though it wasn't his fault, as they'd been there for a long time. This was my first time using them, and I found Steam Clean Express to be professional and friendly. I'd use them again.
