I asked the property manager who was the best company in the area to clean carpeting and she gave me the contact information for Steam Clean Express. I had moved into a place that has two rooms of carpeting and one of them must have had cats in it. The smell and stains were pretty bad. It needed to be professionally cleaned. The cleaners arrived on time and got to work right away. They did advise me that with problems like this they will do their best but sometimes it will not be perfect. They worked hard and it did smell good when they left. The stains are out but the following day some of the smell was back. Although their service was really good I wish that they had a follow-up service where they could call you or stop by afterward to see how everything turned out. Other than that everything went really well. They were prompt, polite and professional. They were respectful of my home and courteous. I would use Steam Clean Express again!
