This was my first time to use Steam Clean Express. They were recommended to me by a friend. I asked them to clean the carpets, the stairs, and the upholstery, and to deodorize, too. The gentleman showed up on time, and he was a very pleasant person. He did a great job - a very thorough job. I was most impressed by the way he cleaned up after himself, and by his overall professionalism! Definitely "Five Stars!"
