This was my first experience with Steam Clean Express. I asked them to come out and clean my carpets for me. They showed up on time, and they were friendly people. They took the time to explain the process to me, and then they proceeded to do a really good job of cleaning! They were very professional, and did exactly what they said they would do! That is what I expected, and they did not disappoint!
