Steam Clean Express did a good job and I would be happy to recommend them. I had no problems with them. They were efficient, courteous and they showed up early. They got the job done and did it well. They cleaned some carpets for us that had specific problems related to pet stains and smells. They were able to take care of those issues and I'm quite satisfied with the outcome. Their customer service was good. I found them to be responsive. They actually re-arranged their schedule to accommodate me. They were professional and competent overall. I'm very happy with them and would definitely use them again.
