This was my first time using Steam Clean Express. I had them come in and clean the carpets and some furnishings. They did a good job, were on time and explained the whole process, such as drying time etc. He also guaranteed his work so that if there were any issues he would come back within ten hours and clean again for free. The carpets and furnishings look great and I would recommend them to anyone.
