We have been using the services of Steam Clean Express for about a decade and we're very happy with them. We always ask for a particular technician to do our carpets. He is very efficient, works very hard and is personable. Just overall a nice guy. After they leave, if there's something that doesn't look like, we can call and he always comes back and touches it up. It is really good quality service.
