The man who came over was very professional and did a very good job. I only had a problem with what I asked for. I asked for package c miss the moving of furniture. I expected a hepa vacuum on all the rugs, but was told they are already clean enough. The service was very fast it almost seemed to quick. We did not get left any booties for our rugs and did not get a free bottle with our service like advertised.
