They did a great job! This was our first time using Macy Movers and we were very pleased with everything. Actually, my wife left pretty detailed instructions as to how things should be handled and they got it right. They were very professional, polite, and cautious with our belongings. I think it ended up being more than they originally thought, but they stayed until the job was completed - not every company will do that. We were very satisfied and felt they provided excellent service!
