I'm a mover coordinator and help clients with their moves. I'd give them about 3-4 stars over all because they could be a lot more customer service orientated.

Sometimes they pack, which they are good at. But mostly, they're too rigid. For example, they won't take anything off the wall which has left me in charge of taking down a large screen tv. Other moving companies I work with say no problem. Also, there's a new guy, Joe who does estimates for them. Some of my clients who have worked with him don't like him. I always request Chris. I only use Macy Movers for inter-state moves
