Amazed at the 5 star reviews because so far our experience has been terrible. I would give zero stars if I could. Macy Movers was confirmed as of last week to bring our household goods to our property this morning, 10/19, at 9am. When no one showed at 9, I started calling to find out if there was a delay in arrival time and was then told my day had changed to Friday, 10/21. No one contacted me about - or to - confirm this date change (we can look at my phone and email records if you like), so now I am left here waiting for my items, wasting a PTO day today, and having to take additional time off for this new "scheduled" date. Of course being told "there is nothing they can do because they are booked" makes things sooo much better, since they should have been booked on my job. Poor customer service and awful communication.I'll be shocked if we get our things come Friday.
