I discovered this company while visiting my parents (2 hours away), but their services, prices, and professionalism are SO GREAT that I MAIL my shoes exclusively to them for repair. I tried another so-called cobbler in my area, but they were unprofessional, often unavailable, and MORE EXPENSIVE! Lauren and her husband are the summit of the Shoe Repair Mountain. They always go the extra mile and meet or exceed my expectations!
