Metro came out the same day I called. The service technician was right on time, very pleasant, very efficient, had the problem diagnosed and fixed in minutes. He showed me what had happened. He also noted that the door was noisy and could use some lubrication, etc., which he took care of on the spot for a few dollars more. The door has NEVER operated so quietly.
