Poor Issue Resolution
We replaced our 3 garage doors recently and we had a misunderstanding about the color of the window inserts. The install gentleman said they would take care of it however our salesman and the manager refused to do anything other than sell us a new set of inserts. Clearly they are not interested in customer satisfaction.
