I recently broke a door tension spring and called that evening for service. Metro scheduled service for the next day. Phil, my Technician, was prompt, friendly, expert and helpful. In addition to the spring, he found several other components needing attention. He repaired them all and now the door is in great shape. Metro always delivers. Simply outstanding!
