Fantastic response time on a sub-zero day
Calling Metro's office at 7:30am on a sub-zero Friday, I fully expected to wait until Monday for service. I was pleasantly surprised to have Luke at my door at 10:30am. He identified the problem with a quick look, and replaced the springs in way less than the 45 minutes he quoted. He was most professional and pleasant. I'd recommend Metro to anyone!
