The price was extremely high and then I thought t would be cheaper because I took the carpet to them. Then I was told it was an extra charge to get odor out. They did not even use the scent stuff.
Other companies have done it for $150.00. It was just too expensive. It took a month for me to get the rug back.
The turn around time was to long.
