Carpet Looked Good But Had It Replaced Due to Smell

I think I had used Smith Brothers Carpet Cleaning
in the past. I had them come in and clean my very old carpet. The carpet technician did a good job, and it looked nice, but the smell was really bad. I didn't call them back out and just had this very old carpet removed and replaced. I don't think it was anything to do with the cleaning itself, it was just a very old carpet.

Thank you for your repeat business sir. We definitely would have come back by to check on the odor if called. Sometimes a healthy dose of enzyme spray can do wonders for pet and food odors left behind after cleaning. When it comes to pet urine sometimes the animal may have used the same area over again. When this happens you may need to pull up carpet to replace pad before treating with the enzyme spray. Or as Michael chose, it sometimes is beyond remediation.
