I honestly thought the price quoted over the phone was the price I would be charged after the cleaning, it was not, and I was not happy with the numbers when added up in the end. That was not nice. In addition, I paid $120 for the enzyme treatment to eliminate odors. It did not work, and I believe I should be refunded the amount for this odor treatment. The carpet technician, who I think did a good job of cleaning, sprayed the enzyme odor remover after the carpets were wet. As a result of these two issue, I have much less interest in recommending anyone for your service. I resolved the odor issue myself. My wife got on the internet with a big company that had 30,000 reviews for an odor eliminator, purchased that for about $30.00 and that took care of the odor issue. Again, the service technician did a good job of cleaning the carpets, but the issue of the price changing and the odor still lingering warrants this review as it is.
