Disappointing

Based on my last experience with Smith Brothers Carpet Cleaning, I would not use them again, nor would I recommend them. This service was incredibly expensive for a small living room carpet cleaning. Additionally, I don't think the carpet technician really knew what he was doing, he may have been new on the job, I'm not sure. My carpets are looking dirty again, and it has been a short time since this cleaning. Based on this, I will not use them again.

Sorry we did not exceed or even meet your expectations. This is always are goal of course. Looks like the problem may be more of a $ cost issue than anything. We have a minimum trip cost of $140 that covers up to 400 sq ft of carpet. Mrs. Johnson had only 1 room cleaned that was around half (200 sq ft) of what the special allows. Unfortunately she had to pay the minimum trip fee of $140. Which is why she paid more than the normal .40 sq ft in this instance. And as always if Bobbi would have called and expressed an issue with the cleaning of the carpet. We for sure would have went back for a look and touched up any spots of concern. We can't help what we don't know.
