I have used Smith Brothers Carpet Cleaning for years and I am very happy with them! They do a good job, they're thorough, fair, and they let you know everything they're doing. I remember when I was having problems where I was spilling my coffee, which started staining my new carpets. I called them, and since they were nearby, I went and got shampoo from them. They didn't try to pressure me into coming out and cleaning, and in fact, they were quite helpful in telling me how to take the stains out. I really appreciated that. After the last time, I thought I'd better have them out to clean it themselves. They were on time, very helpful, and got the coffee completely out of my carpet! They also protected my floors by scotchgarding my carpets. I never had it done before, and I thought maybe it would be helpful. Sure enough, a few months later, I dropped my coffee on the hallway floor. I put a towel on top of the coffee spill, pressed it in, and after a while, I removed the towel and saw that the stain was completely gone! They do what they say they're going to do, and I am very happy with them. I will certainly use them again!
