I have used Smith Brothers Carpet Cleaning multiple times for carpet cleaning, and I have been very happy with what they do. They come in on time, work quickly, and the stuff they use is amazing. Their spot remover is, I think, the best in the market. My only issue came when I needed some carpet repair done. My puppy chewed a hole in the carpet, and when they first came over after that, I was told there would be no problem, and that they could fix that by just stretching the carpet. The second time they came out to actually fix the hole, I was told they would instead have to cut a piece of carpet from a closet in order to cover up the hole. It might have been unavoidable, but the repair is super noticeable. I don't think they did a good job with the repair. Other than that, I think they're all very professional, friendly, and respectful. They are the only ones I plan to use for carpet cleaning.
