We used Smith Brothers Carpet Cleaning for the first time last spring, and then again recently on one of our rental properties. We have used other carpet cleaning companies in the past, but none have done such a good job as Smith Brothers. The carpets really looked great. As far as the employees - they showed up on time, and were very professional, friendly, and helpful! For example, in the rental house, a cat had clawed up an area of carpet right in a very open spot where the damage would be obvious. Their cleaning man repaired the carpet in such a way that now you can not see it. I was very impressed. From this point forward, we intend to use Smith Brothers to do all our carpet cleaning work for us.
