Smith Brothers Carpet Cleaning has always done a phenomenal job for me. This was not my first time using their services. I have used their services twice. The first time I had them clean a large room and my stairs. They also did some patches in holes for me. Most recently I had them come out again for a whole-house cleaning for a move. In both instances, their company was wonderful to work with. They were easy to get a hold of, they (unlike other companies) actually answer their phones! Their staff was friendly and they were able to schedule the appointment right away both times. They were very courteous and worked with me about the timing for both visits. I was in the process of selling my home so the time frames were a little bit tight and they were gracious and worked me in at my convenience. The workers were prompt, polite and professional. They were careful with the machines so they did not mar the walls or floorboards. They were courteous and friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. When I had them come to do the full house cleaning for the move it was the day I left and was at the new home. They were able to arrange their schedule to meet mine and show up before the closing on the house. They were very good about the time frames and I really appreciated that. I would absolutely use them again and I have recommended them!
