Smith Brothers Carpet Cleaning did a fantastic job for us! This was our first time using their services. We saw their ad on Facebook so we gave them a call. Their staff was pleasant and accommodating. They were able to schedule an appointment for us within a few days. We had them come clean the carpeting for the entire downstairs. Everything turned out beautifully. It looks brand new again! The worker was friendly and he was great with our dogs! He even moved the furniture that I was unable to move. He was prompt, polite and professional. Although there is not a lot of questions to ask when it comes to carpet cleaning he did take the time to explain their process and what he would do. He also took the time to answer the few questions I had for him. He was respectful of our home and very courteous. He was careful with the machine so that the walls and floorboards were not marred.
