We were trying to sell our home so we called Smith Brothers Carpet Cleaning for the first time. It was very convenient at the time since they were local to the house. It was very easy to set up an appointment and they had excellent customer service. We not only needed the carpets cleaned but also to have them stretched. The office attendant suggested that we call a carpet installer to handle that for us. So we did and the stretching came out just fine. The technician from Smith Brothers Carpet Cleaning came out and cleaned about eight rooms, plus all of the steps and hallways in our home. The tech took the time to inquire about my having the carpets stretched. He informed me then that their company actually could have done that for us. Too late, but it was nice to know that they do indeed offer that service along with many others. The tech did ask what price I paid to have the carpets stretched and he indicated that it was about the same price that they would have charged me anyway. So that tells me that their pricing has to be fair to the market which is good to know for future reference. The work must have come out great looking because our house sold immediately! I am certain that the new owners are enjoying the nice clean carpet now. As for us, we downsized to a condo. We highly recommend Smith Brothers Carpet Cleaning and would definitely consider using them again in the future if we have to. It was a wonderful experience.
