Smith Brothers Carpet Cleaning has always done a great job for us! This was not our first time using them. We have previously used them in this home and at another home. We recently had them come out to do the whole house for carpet cleaning. We did have some bad spots that I pointed out to the technician, he said he would do his best. He was able to get the spots up and everything turned out great! He said he had to run over those spots a few times but the end result was wonderful. He was on time, courteous, professional and friendly. Although there are not a lot of questions when it comes to carpet cleaning, with how good their work was and how pleasant the technicians have been I am certain they would answer any questions I had. Their pricing was reasonable too! We are getting ready to move so I had a choice of getting the carpeting cleaned or purchase new carpeting. In the long run with how good they did, they saved me over $3,000 that I would have had to spend to buy new carpeting! Well done!
