Smith Brothers Carpet Cleaning came out and cleaned my carpets for me. They were very professional, and they did an excellent job, but it did not quite do what I needed it to do. I have four cats and one of them is male, and I had them put enzymes down on the carpet. The people come in and they were very optimistic that the enzymes would get everything taken care of, but it did not work out for me that way. The enzymes did not work. They came back out and did some more work on the carpets to try to take care of it, but I just did not get the results I wanted, and I am having to go ahead an put down a whole new floor. Even though I did not quite get the results that I wanted, I was very pleased with Smith Brothers Carpet Cleaning's customer service. It was a good overall experience, and I would use them again as long as it was not for the same kind of problem with a male cat.
