Making an appointment with Smith Brothers Carpet Cleaning was pretty easy and they scheduled me in reasonable amount time. I have very light carpets and there were some spots from our pet that the cleaning technician was able to remove. I thought that was great, because, your pet will do what your pet will do. The carpets turned out good. I do have some spots that are showing up a little dingy lmost like they have a tint to it. I have not called them to come back out but I am thinking about it. While they were here they sprayed the carpet with something like a scotch guard and I really don't know if that works or not, but I shall see.

Before the technician arrived we were sent an email to be sure and vacuum the floors and move the furniture out of the way. Maybe all carpet cleaning companies are going this route as this was a first for me. My husband and I spent a good hour getting everything vacuumed and moved prior to their arrival to do the carpets.

I think the carpets look good but I think it is a bit pricey and although they are nice people we had to do a lot of work prior to them showing up. I give them a solid four-star rating and will still think about calling them for the areas that have the dingy look to them.
