Overall, a pretty good experience with Smith Brothers. They came out and did what they said they'd do, but they could not get all of the stains out of my rug. I was hoping they could, but they couldn't get it done. They also came out to stretch my carpet. They got most of the wrinkles out, but couldn't quite get them all. I wish the quality of work completed was a little higher, but the workers were polite and on time. Pricing was fair, too. I will use them again in future!
