Linda from Mops & Mr. Dust is very conscientious and she's in charge of the cleaners. The problem is with the cleaners. If she's not there to watch them every minute they cut corners because they've worked in hotels and are used to working quick. So they don't really get into corners and don't really see dirt. They don't clean as well as two people just in business for themselves would.

I've been using Mops & Mr. Dust for a couple years. They come once a week unless we're away. They are here about an hour and a half to two hours depending on whether there's two or three of them here. They clean most of the house or what I ask them to do. It's just the vacuuming and regular weekly cleaning. A couple a times a year they also do more cleaning after we've gone away for a while.

You have to be very direct and explain what you want. Don't be afraid to complain; Linda can handle that. If you're not happy with something she needs to know so it can be corrected. It's okay overall. It's not as great as some of the cleaners I've had. But they're quick. They're in and out and it's more or less clean.
