You know the saying if it’s not broke don’t fix it. Well at Brandywine will give you a list of suggested work that needs to be done and will give you options on when you should take care of it. They don’t go in and fix everything and give you a Huge Bill. This is what I’m happy about because you can budget. That’s something we all have to do.
