I've used Personal House Cleaner probably 10 times over the last 2-3 months and have been very pleased with their work. I contacted several cleaning companies and Tashisia was by far the most responsive, and quick to get back to me. She is really on top of her game and very proactive when it comes to her customers. They do have a basic routine they follow for efficiency, but they also can accommodate any personal need I may have. They always check in with me to see if I need anything done specifically, or handled in a special way, and that's so nice. They actually listen to you to find out what you want, and how you want it done. . They want to do it the way you want it done! If you need something, anything - they do it, simple as that. Tashisia hires and trains a great crew, and she herself has come out to clean before when needed - she does it all. I've seen her up on a ladder, down on hands and knees scrubbing floors - whatever it takes, she will get it done! I've noticed that she really takes care of her employees and, in turn, they appreciate her and want to do the quality job she's expecting. That's why I think it's such a good value overall. She's paying their insurance and doing things for them no other cleaners do, and they are appreciative and more productive because of it. Their scheduling is so easy to work with and they can negotiate when situations arise. They work very well, bring all their own products, and the clean level is good. They really do a great job with everything and I highly recommend them.
