Personal House Cleaner is extremely thorough, they show up on time and cleaning is performed in the expected time allowed. I like it that they always leave a note if there is something else that might need to be done. They tell you what they have done, if you are low or out of a product they always let you know. They are open to using a suggested product, such as wood floor cleaner that I like that keeps the floors from being slick and they don't mind suggestions at all when it comes to cleaning products. Tashisia is really good about sending you an email the week before they are scheduled as a reminder that they are coming and I like that because we are busy and it lets me know that they are on top of the schedule for me. One of the areas of suggested growth for them would be to offer window cleaning inside and out. I think with their cleaning service as good as it is they would do really well to offer this service as well and I would have full confidence that they would do just as good a job of that as they do with cleaning. This has always been a good experience and they do a really great job!
