Very bad experience
Long story. We were lied to on multiple occasions, charged for procedures that were never done (ended up getting that money back.) Treated like $@!#%. In the three years we have dealt with Aspen there has been three different District Managers (high turnover says something about the way the company is run.) We could not get anyone to return calls, we went through their customer satisfaction team-got results the first time, now NOBODY will deal with us! My husband has been to the office countless times for repairs to his dentures and he actually had to get them remade due to poor craftsmanship. They did not remake them properly and they still do not fit (it is visibly obvious when you hold them up next to his old broken ones that did fit.) We just received a letter today saying that they no longer want to deal with us! We will be contacting legal counsel. I wish somebody would have wrote this review before this nightmare began. I would have stayed far far away!
