We bought a 1991 Bounder motor home from them. Jeff the salesman assured us that this was a great motor home and that they had checked out all of the major systems (drive train, water, heating, cooling, refregerator, etc,) and everything was in good working order. They had the home listed on line as well and had stated many attributes such as tilt steering wheel (does not have), dash air conditining works great (does not work we are having to convert it),Refrigerator works great(we ran it for 48 hours never cooled down), passed safety and emmisions(horn does not work,no tail lights no brake lights, unsafe brakes(i am having to replace the whole system). We left the dealership and headed south and before we got to Lehi we knew we had problems. Two and one half hours after we left the dealership we called Jeff and told him we were in rush hour traffic with the whole brake system locked up and needed him to come get it and he just said sorry but there is nothing we can do. We got it off the freeway and cooled it off enough to make it to provo before it locked up again. We spent the night broke down in K mart's parking lot. The next morning we headed south again hoping if it was cooler we could make it home. At the top of Solider Summit the brakes caught on fire and we were out with fire extinguishers trying to take care of the problem. I called Jeff again and he told me to get it home the best i could. When we got it to our mechanic he discovered that the brake system was full of hydraulic fluid not brake fluid and it had damaged the whole system. The transmission has gotten hot so many times it is blowing fluid out the vent, The estamates are between $3,000 and $4,000 to make this vehicle safe and useable for my family.I believe that the condition of this motorhome was greatly misrepresented and at this time Jeff and Nate are well aware of the problems and will not even return my phone calls. If you want to work with a dealership that will stand behind what they sale this has not been the one for us. I would not go back. I would not recommend them and i think you need to be very careful if you choose to purchase from them. They definitely turned one of the happiest day for my family into a financial nightmare.
