I rented a Car from this Empire at 600 east Fordham Road 5/19/18 in am. firstly the lady'' Maria could not find my Reservation, she had to look for quite sometime. I then told her that I had it change for pick-up to Fordham Road due to location.
Secondly, the Car was DIRTY, it smelled of Stale old Smoke, even in the Fabric. we had to find some Air Freshner to spray before we started Driving.
The Car Seats were so Dirty with old Water marks and Cigarette burns. I could not change the Car due to time constrains. I had to go pick up my Daughter in College who was waiting patiently.
I think that was a total disrespect to me. If this was another Neighborhood the Car would have been clean for the Customer to pick up... I called to speak to someone about my complaint and the Man on the Phone stated that its the Weekend and they re busy and ...........etc. I was the first Customer there in the Morning.
I will try my hardest not to ever Rent from Empire again neither will I ever recommend them to my Collegues.
