Schoenfelder Renovations does numerous projects at our association including the common area, they painted an entire loft, they have done exterior painting and they have made recommendations on what to use in certain applications for projects. They always show up when they are supposed to and get the work done in a timely manner.

There pricing is good and pretty much on par with other services. The people who work are very reliable they check in and check out with us before starting or leaving, I can't recommend them enough.
