I remodeled my kitchen/main level 3 years ago! I still don't have a completed project. I had ordered soft close cupboards, custom drawers in the kitchen...neither have ever been placed. Jim had done the measurements and design of the kitchen, however he didn't take into consideration the measurements of the appliances in the home, leaving the placement of my refrigerator/freezer inadequate. I can't open my freezer door....he suggested I knock the wall down to make extra room, however that's a support wall that isn't able to be moved without the structure of the house being changed. New floors were put in as well, however some of the tile going into the laundry room was removed and I was told that I would need to repair that in my own. My ceilings were redone, and the workers left my track lighting in place because apparently I was supposed to have removed it! I spent a huge amount of money on granite for the kitchen,. I had asked for the remaining granite to have for use on another project...nothing was left for me. I contacted Jim on multiple occasions regarding the uneven placement of the granite at the connecting points. He came to look at it and act concerned with absolutely NO follow up! I have contacted Schoenfelder's on many occasions to have complete satisfaction with ABSOLUTELY NO RESULTS!!! It was a disappointment experience. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!
