I am a traveling nurse that had to go back to my home state of TN. I used this company because it's in the top 10 shipping companies list. I've been in CA for a little over a year now. So needless to say I acquired a bunch of stuff. Everything I couldn't put in my 2 suitcases I put in my car. I get a text message from the driver the day after I flew out saying that all my stuff had been stolen. I had over 4,000 dollars worth of things in my car including shoes, jewelry, and clothing. I paid $1600 to have all my things stolen. The driver said that he notified the police, but no police report was ever filed. The drivers don't lock your doors so anyone can easily get in your car or your trunk very easily. All my things and a lot of great memories are stolen. The driver was in the truck as all my things were stolen. I called this company and talked to them and all they said was that I could file a police report. They WILL NOT reimburse me for the trip even. I also called the carrier company JR Trance company, and they won't do anything either. All I can do is file a police report. So I say this do not use this company or JR Trance Inc. This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had.
