Roof leaks.
Looks great but leaks. They tried to fix leaks but to no avail. Blamed it on the edge of our roof shingles being slightly loose and because of that, water runs up the roof and somehow gets their roof. Total nonsense! Water does NOT run uphill. Some day if we ever get it fixed we would like to put some furniture out there.
