I found them on Groupon and they honored the price without me purchasing the voucher. Unfortunately wish I had read the Yelp reviews prior to using the service. I decided to add the deep scrub, which doubled the price, because they told me it would not only clean the carpet but fluff it back up. Of course in the end neither of those things occurred. My carpet did NOT look refreshed and the cleaning agents they used stained my carpet to the point that I was forced to replace the off white carpet in 2 rooms. Using them to clean my carpets is now costing me an extra $800, in addition to the $280 I paid for the cleaning!!! They are dishonest and their cleaning agents will damage your property...of course the waiver included in the work order completely absolves them of any responsibility. If I could give no stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
