All Pro Quality Cleaning Service was part of a mass coupon we used and I do not recommend this company at all. I was first told $89 then ended up paying over $500 in the end. We tried them because we needed the carpeting throughout the house cleaned. It's the original carpeting and had a few stains I knew would be hard to get. The technician saw the old carpeting and started noting all the different things he would need in order to proceed. He mentioned they have different products and procedures for older carpets and he did inform me of the price increase. He also said that he could do it and that the carpets will look so much better. Neither happened. Some of the stains got lighter and some of the carpeting was cleaner. But at some point, he should have been able to see that it was hopeless. I get that it's old carpet and I understand that it's difficult. That should have been communicated instead of assurance that he can do it. Say that it's not certain or even that you will try your best. The carpet is better in some places, but not $500 better. He did not do what he told me he would do and I will never use them again. I believed him when he said he could do it and I trusted his word as a professional when I agreed to the price increase. He didn't follow through on his end yet I still had to. Doesn't seem fair to me at all.
