Yesterday my daughter and I were driving and heard a horrible noise. We were just up from Ron's Automotive so we pulled in. The man in the lobby came out and took a look, it turned out the dust cover under our engine was dragging. He grabbed a zip tie and tied it up for us free of charge! He was SO nice and friendly - if I ever have a real problem I will go here.
