This job required a very simple installation of patio shades. There were 4 steps to the directions and the job should have taken less than an hour. The technician moved slowly and appeared confused and intimidated by the installation process. He must have read the instructions 20 times and did not appear confident about the install. He also made 6 trips to his truck. All he needed was a ladder and a drill but he did find time for a cigarette. The entire installation took two full hours when it was easily a 30 minute process.
An easy job that took two hours impacted by lack of confidence and skill? The screws are crooked and not completely drilled into the concrete.
