The work was okay, but the price was outrageously high!

Mr. Handyman serving Greater Jacksonville put a back door in my garage for me. The work, and the workers were okay - on time, friendly, and polite. But the price was just outrageously high! That is why I am only giving them Three Stars.

I’m glad the work was done well, and the staff were friendly, but was surprised to see the comments on pricing. Given this was a special order door, and we required a deposit before ordering it, all costs were disclosed up front. If the cost presented was outrageously high, why did you proceed forward?

We are a professional, safe and reliable home improvement contractor. We’re licensed, insured and we don’t use bait and switch pricing or other unsavory practices. As a result, we’re often a bit more expensive, but worth it. Many have grown tired and frustrated with low cost providers and their poor service, vague project schedules, poor communication and the like. They opt for somebody professional, safe and reliable. Somebody that hires good help, does good work, and stands behind that work should there ever be an issue. For many, who have dealt with others, paying a bit more for the peace of mind they get from working with a professional is worth it. We hope we can help you on future projects.
