Mr. Handyman's reservation process was very clear, and the folks who scheduled the service were very helpful in describing the services and the fees and what to expect. The gentleman who did the work, whose name was Jimmy, arrived on time and as scheduled in uniform--and in a marked van with Mr. Handyman on it--so it helped to feel good about the professionalism. He worked very hard throughout the day and answered all my questions. He provided insight into some of the damages to my property from the hurricanes and also shared information about the viability of some of the structures. He was friendly and professional and very easy to work with. He gave options for additional services that were very helpful.
