I have used Mr. Handyman several times now. I appreciate that they are always on time and come prepared with the right equipment. I know Mike, and he is always professional and very friendly. All of their staff is kind and really professional. However, I do have issues with the quality of the work done for me. I have had several tile jobs done within a one-year period and none of them were done correctly. My tile is loose and moves around under my feet. It seems like they just did not lay the tile properly. The price seems high for what they do. I think I am willing to pay more for high quality work. However, it seems like I paid top dollar and did not get top quality. If it was rated on customer service alone, I am very happy with that. But, they need to improve the quality of their work.
