I took my BLIND dog there for an eye infection . Dr Smaller is not friendly ... mumbled something about diabetic cataracts. I told him he's not diabetic, then he said my dog had blocked eye ducts and that they would try and take care of it and then he walked out. I waited in room, assuming he was coming back in to do a procedure to open up the ducts. I waited until Dr Smaller opened up door and said I'll meet you up front. The vet tech then handed me an ointment and said that will be $56. No explanation of how to use the ointment !!! I had to ask. I found Dr Smaller and his staff to be very unfriendly and not loving towards the animals what so ever! I got home and told my neighbor and she recommended her vet.... Will be going there next time. I have 2 dogs so they just lost 2 customers and zero recommendations from me.
